Field service software for home service companies

Fieldkeeper runs the whole day for pressure washing, window cleaning, roofing and other home service crews: lead follow-up, quotes customers sign on their phone, scheduling and dispatch, service plans, invoices and a crew app.

  • Pressure washing
  • Exterior cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Roofing
  • Landscaping
  • Pool
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing

Everything a home service business runs on, in one place

From the first phone call to the paid invoice, the office, the sales reps and the crews work from the same customer record.

A CRM for home service businesses that follows up for you

Every lead lands on one board, from the first call to the booked job. Nothing sits forgotten in a notebook or an inbox.

  • New, Contacted, Estimate booked, Quote sent, Won: drag a lead along as it moves.
  • Follow-up messages come in a home version and a commercial version, so a homeowner and a property manager each hear the right words.
  • Sales reps see only their own leads. You and the office see everyone's.

Quotes with good, better, best options and online signing

Build a quote from your own price list in a minute, on site or from the office. The customer picks an option and signs on their phone.

  • Up to three options side by side, so customers choose instead of shopping around.
  • Prices come from your price list, with your minimums, so every rep quotes the same way.
  • Signed quotes turn into jobs that are ready to schedule.

Scheduling and dispatch that plans the drive

See every truck and every estimator on one day board. Booking an estimate shows the times that add the least driving.

  • One row per truck, so you see who goes where at a glance.
  • When you book an estimate, the best times come first, ranked by the extra drive they add.
  • Jobs waiting for a day sit in a tray until you drop them on the board.

Service plans and memberships, visit by visit

Sell plans where every visit has its own services: a house wash in spring, windows in summer, gutters in the fall.

  • Each visit lists exactly what the crew does that time, so nobody keeps a rotation on paper.
  • Change a member's plan without cancelling it. Their visits and history stay put.
  • The customer gets a link, sees the visits and the price, and signs to approve.

Invoices that go out the day the job is done

When a job is marked done, the invoice is one click away. You always know who has paid and who hasn't.

  • Invoices are built from the job, so nothing is typed twice.
  • Send by email, then mark it paid when the check or the cash comes in.
  • Late invoices stand out, so you can follow up the same week.

A crew app your techs can use with gloves on

Big buttons, one next step at a time. Techs see their own jobs for the day and nothing they don't need, like prices.

  • On my way, arrived, before photos, checklist, after photos, customer sign-off: in that order.
  • A step that comes first can't be skipped, and the app says why.
  • Gate codes, notes and the dog's name are right on the job.

Built around how home service owners actually work

We listened to owners describe the parts of their day the software got in the way of, and built those parts first.

  • Change a plan without starting over

Edit a member's visits or price and they approve it with a signature. No cancelling, no new sign-up.

  • Each rep sees their own leads

A permission, not a filter. Reps can't wander into each other's customers.

  • The right message for each customer

Homes and commercial properties get their own wording, and a message can say what's on this visit.

  • Routes that respect the clock

Estimates are booked near the rest of the day, so reps spend their time with customers, not on the road.

  • Steps in the right order

The app keeps the crew on track: photos before the work, sign-off before the invoice.

  • Everything in one place

Pipeline, quotes, dispatch, plans, invoices and the crew app share one customer record.

Questions home service owners ask

Who is Fieldkeeper for?

Home service companies with crews and trucks: pressure washing and exterior cleaning, window cleaning, roofing, landscaping, pool service, HVAC, plumbing and similar trades. It is built for owner-run companies, from one truck to more than ten.

Can my sales reps see each other's leads?

No. Each sales rep sees only their own leads and quotes. It is a permission that comes with the role, so it holds on every screen and in search. You and your office staff see everything.

Can I change a customer's service plan without cancelling it?

Yes. You edit the plan visit by visit, and the customer approves the change from a link with a signature. Their plan, visits and history carry on.

Does it send texts and emails to customers?

Email works from the start. Texting is being connected and turns on as soon as it is ready. Messages have a home version and a commercial version, and can list the services on that visit.

Can I bring my customers over from the software I use now?

Yes. Export your customers, jobs and price list as spreadsheet files and we import them with you, checking for duplicates before anything is saved.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The crew app is made for phones, with big buttons for use in the field. The office screens work on a phone too.

How much does it cost?

Simple monthly pricing for your company. Talk to us and we'll go through it when we set up your account.

When can I start?

We are opening accounts a few companies at a time. Create your account and we'll email you as soon as yours is ready.

Is my company's data kept separate?

Yes. Every company's data is kept apart, and every request is checked on our servers before anything is shown.

Run the trucks, not the software.
